4. Your Responsibilities

You may not use the Platform for unauthorized purposes, data scraping, impersonation, spamming, or illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for defective service is a refund. You indemnify the Merchant against any claim arising from your breach.

7. Guidelines for Reviews

• Must be based on real experience
• No abusive, racist, or false statements
• No promotional campaigns to boost or sabotage reviews

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be arbitrated in Bengaluru per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
