Refund & Cancellation Policy
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service.
After this point, you may not cancel the Transaction unless cancellation is explicitly permitted on the Platform. Where permitted, such cancellation will be governed by the specific terms mentioned on the Platform.
We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our sole discretion and may request additional information before making a decision.
Return & Replacement Conditions
Once you have received the product or service, you may request a return or replacement only if it does not match the description as stated on the Platform.
Refund Request Timeline
Any request for refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction, or within the timeline prescribed on the Platform—whichever is greater (but never less than 3 days).

Your request must include:
- A clear and specific reason for the refund
